'OpenResourceAtlas' was born from a humble dream: to share true Neapolitan pizza with London. Established by the Rossi family in 1985, our small pizzeria was family-operated, boasting recipes that traveled through time.

'Marco Rossi', our originator, mastered pizza craftsmanship during her Italian sojourns, mentored by veteran pizzaiolos in Naples, where pizza was conceived. After returning to the UK, she set out to emulate the essence of classic Italian pizza, upholding traditional techniques and premium ingredients.

Originating as an intimate 12-seater eatery, we have burgeoned into a cherished neighborhood gem, yet our pursuit of excellence and genuineness remains steadfast. We adhere to original wood oven baking, prepare our dough from scratch each day, and procure only the finest ingredients.

Nowadays, 'OpenResourceAtlas' is still steered by the Rossi lineage, with its second generation at the helm, guiding our zealous team. While we adopt new advancements, the core of our mission endures: to forge savory, genuine pizzas that unite diners.
